Welcome to our online platform operated by Silent Wave Events Ltd. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Use of Services

Our site provides rental and support services for portable silent disco equipment, headphone hire, multi-channel transmitter supply, event technical support, delivery, setup, custom playlist integration, and dry hire options. Use of these services is subject to availability and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be confirmed in writing and followed by payment as outlined in the booking agreement.
• Payments must be received prior to delivery or event commencement unless otherwise agreed.
• Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of any deposits.

3. Cancellation and Changes

• Cancellations must be notified in writing at least 14 days prior to the event date to qualify for a refund of deposits.
• Short-notice cancellations may result in full fees being charged.
• Changes to bookings, including date or equipment, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Equipment Use and Responsibility

• Clients are responsible for the equipment from the time of delivery until it is collected or returned as agreed.
• Equipment must be used in accordance with provided instructions and returned in the same condition, excluding normal wear and tear.
• Loss, theft, or damage of equipment while in the client’s possession will result in charges to cover repair or replacement costs.

5. Liability

Silent Wave Events Ltd. shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or equipment, including but not limited to event interruptions, attendee injury, or equipment failure beyond our reasonable control.

6. Delivery and Setup

• We provide delivery and setup services as agreed during booking.
• The client must ensure safe and adequate access to the event site for delivery and setup.
• Any delays caused by the client or site conditions may incur additional charges or affect service delivery.

7. Custom Playlist Integration

Where custom playlist integration is requested, clients must provide all necessary audio files in suitable formats within agreed timeframes. Silent Wave Events Ltd. will not be responsible for errors or omissions resulting from late or improper submissions.

8. Dry Hire Terms

Dry hire options entrust clients entirely with equipment setup and operation. Clients accept all responsibilities for the safe use, security, and return of the equipment under these terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Manchester, United Kingdom.
